Need information on a card authorization?
When you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold is placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals ($125.00 per night), through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 3-5 business days* from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. For an estimated time of release you may contact your card issuer at the phone number located on the back of your card.
*Please note that online banks with no physical branches, such as Chime Bank, and issuers of prepaid or reloadable cards take an additional authorization of their own that may equal 20% of the total amount authorized by the hotel or more.
Need a copy of your sleeping room folio?

If you booked a Hilton Advance Purchase rate, your room and tax folio was emailed to you shortly after booking. For duplicate copies you may call Hilton’s Advance Purchase Department at (800) 236-7113.
